The International Headquarters of the Sons of Confederate Veterans held the 8th annual "National Jefferson Davis Memorial
Service" on Saturday, June 1, 2002 at 3:00 P.M.
It was held at the Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, Virginia.
Five members of Appomattox Chapter 11 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, presented a wreath in
memory of Jefferson Davis' birthday.

of the Confederacy room in the Appomattox Historical Society Museum at Court House Square. Museum
closed November thru March.
